Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out force entry procedures and lock changes when required
  
• Repair and make safe damaged doors and windows
  
• Work on a variety of materials including UPVC, timber sash, Crittall, and aluminium
  
• Build and install new front and back doors to a high standard
  
• Repair, replace, and install fencing and gates
  
• Assess damage and recommend appropriate repair solutions
  
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
  
• Respond to emergency call-outs when necessary
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role
  
• Strong knowledge of UPVC, timber, aluminium, and steel-framed systems
  
• Ability to carry out both repair and installation work independently
  
• Experience with lock changes and securing properties (desirable)
  
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Full driving licence (if role involves travel)
  
• Ability to work flexibly, including emergency or out-of-hours jobs
