The Delivery and Improvement Officer is instrumental in supporting the successful execution of transformation and service improvement initiatives within the Community Wellbeing Directorate, particularly in adult social care. Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of transformation programs and service improvement plans
- Coordinate project activities, including governance, reporting, risk management, and documentation
- Collaborate with Senior Responsible Officers to track progress and outcomes
- Develop clear and concise reports, briefings, and decision-making documentation
- Engage with stakeholders across services to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in planning and delivering workshops, meetings, and program communications
- Monitor and track project milestones, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Contribute to risk identification and support the implementation of mitigation strategies

- Experience in a project or program delivery environment
- Proven experience in a fast-paced setting managing multiple priorities
