Job Purpose

Key Duties/Accountabilities

• Support the day-to-day management of childcare services across multiple nursery settings.
  
• Assist in maintaining high standards of early years education and care provision.
  
• Contribute to service planning, self-evaluation, and development planning.
  
• Support Ofsted readiness and inspection requirements.
  
• Support the implementation and monitoring of safeguarding policies and procedures.
  
• Take responsibility for safeguarding in the absence of the Executive Head.
  
• Promote child welfare and ensure early identification of safeguarding concerns.
  
• Support vulnerable children, including managing admissions and transitions.
  

Essential Experience Required

• Experience working within Early Years or childcare services.
  
• Experience delivering integrated care, education, and family support services.
  
• Experience with Ofsted requirements and inspections.
  
• Experience supporting staff supervision and team development.
  

Essential Qualifications Required

• Relevant Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential).
  
• Evidence of continuing professional development.

• Working hours: 36 hours per week

• We work on a bi-weekly schedule.
