The successful candidate will perform electrical testing, inspections, and installations, ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards. This position is crucial in maintaining safe and compliant housing stock while providing excellent customer service. Occasional out-of-hours work will be required, offering additional earning opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Electrical Repairs & Maintenance
- Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across residential properties.
- Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with current regulations.

- Conduct electrical testing, inspections, and surveys.
- Perform portable appliance testing (PAT) as required.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical installation and/or maintenance.
- Strong experience in fault finding, repairs, and electrical systems maintenance.
- Experience working within housing or social housing environments (desirable).
- Proven experience conducting inspections, testing, and certification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical installation and/or maintenance.
