Summary
  • The Estate Services Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of high-quality cleaning and caretaking services across multiple estates in South West London. This role involves managing a team of 12 cleaners (both mobile and static) and 1 caretaker, ensuring all sites are maintained to excellent standards. The manager will ensure operational tasks are completed safely and service performance meets organisational expectations. The postholder will work on-site across allocated estates, using a company-provided van to support mobility between locations.
Responsibilities
  • Manage, supervise, and support a team of 12 cleaners (mobile and static) and 1 caretaker.
  • Plan and allocate daily tasks, cleaning schedules, and site priorities.
  • Conduct regular site visits, quality checks, and performance reviews.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Essential Experience Required
  • Proven experience managing cleaning teams, caretakers, or estates/facilities staff.
  • Experience overseeing multi-site operations or mobile teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of cleaning standards, site inspections, and operational procedures.
Essential Qualifications Required
  • Full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
