Job description

3 months contract with local authority:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced social work practitioner who is passionate about achieving excellent outcomes for children, young people, and families. This role is integral to our Practice Hub, where you will support quality assurance and improvement activities across services, within the Trust, and with our partners. If you have a talent for fostering the professional development of children's services practitioners and a keen understanding of what constitutes high-quality social work practice, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Support quality assurance and improvement activities across services.
  • Collaborate with the Trust and partners to enhance service delivery.
  • Foster the professional development of children's services practitioners.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality social work practices.
  • Contribute to achieving excellent outcomes for children, young people, and families.


Requirements

  • Qualified and experienced social work practitioner.
  • Passion for improving outcomes for children, young people, and families.
  • Experience in quality assurance and improvement.
  • Ability to enable the professional development of practitioners.
  • Understanding of high-quality social work practices in children's services.
