We are seeking a reliable and versatile Multi-Skilled Operative to carry out routine maintenance across our occupied properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance work, ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
  

  • Carpentry (doors, furniture, fixtures)
    

  • Plumbing (repairs, installations, leak fixes)
    

  • Tiling (walls, floors, bathrooms)
    

  • Plastering and patch repairs
    

  • Bricklaying and masonry work
    

  • Fencing and garden structures
    

  • Flooring (installation, repair, maintenance)
    

  • Groundworks (minor landscaping, drainage, and site preparation)
    

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants.
  

• Maintain accurate records of work carried out and materials used.
  

• Identify potential health and safety hazards and report as necessary.
  

• Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes and health & safety regulations.
  

• Liaise with contractors or specialist tradespeople as required.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role.
  

• Practical knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, bricklaying, fencing, flooring, and basic groundworks.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of manual work.
