Rate: £29.46 per hour (Umbrella)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

    • Accurately input data into internal systems
    • Transfer and update information across systems as required
    • Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail
  • Document Management
    • Scan and upload documents onto internal systems
    • Maintain well-organised digital records
    • Ensure documents are processed efficiently and correctly
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage emails and assist with basic enquiries
    • Support the team with general administrative duties

Requirements

  • Knowledge
    • Basic understanding of administrative processes
    • Awareness of data handling and confidentiality
  • Experience
    • Essential: Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
    • Essential: Experience carrying out repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
    • Desirable: Experience using Idox Uniform system
    • Desirable: Experience within a local authority or similar organisation
  • Skills & Competencies
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
    • Strong IT and data entry skills
    • Ability to read and interpret Ordnance Survey maps
