Job Type : 6 Months Contract 

Rate : £562.62


  • Leading a small team to execute the Schools Capital Programme, encompassing construction, renovation, and enhancements to facilities.
  • Collaborating with various departments to assess the capital improvement programme, particularly in relation to accommodation with care and support
  • Conducting an audit of existing contracts and collaborating with the FM team to ensure the presence of contracts for suppliers and/or works programmes
  • Offering guidance on technical specifications and necessary works for larger reactive repairs and capital projects
  • Providing Programme Management, inclusive of internal approvals, to contribute to business cases
  • Engaging with the schools team to coordinate and assist schools in implementing the condition improvement programme.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in project management or programme delivery
  • Strong understanding of construction and facilities management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes
