Summary
Join our dedicated team as a Senior Social Worker in the South Ipswich CIN team, where you will play a crucial role in assessing and managing Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases. This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office at Beacon House, Ipswich. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families in the community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for children and families.
- Manage a caseload of CIN and CP cases effectively.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide guidance and support to junior social workers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all casework.
Requirements

- Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration.
- Proven experience in handling CIN and CP cases.
