This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Marlfield is a residential and nursing care home for older adults, with a capacity of 51 beds. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, respectful, and caring environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents
  

• Supporting residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and mealtimes
  

• Building positive and trusting relationships with residents and their families
  

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records
  

• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care setting is essential (full training will be provided)
  

• A kind, patient, and respectful approach to caring for others
  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  

• A genuine desire to support and improve the wellbeing of older adults
  

• Bi-Weekly Payments
  
• Additional rates for Sundays, bank holidays and Nightshifts
