Job description

Summary:

The Maintenance Surveyor plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of planned and responsive repairs and maintenance for RBK Housing and Garage stock. This position involves a diverse range of tasks, requiring the application of experience, skills, and abilities to maintain and improve the quality of housing and communal areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee responsive repairs for HRA dwellings and communal areas.
  • Manage repairs for void properties and garages.
  • Implement Aids and Adaptations works.
  • Conduct Health & Safety Estate Inspections.
  • Address legal Housing Disrepair cases.
  • Diagnose and remedy issues related to damp and mould with precision.
