Summary
The CLA Children Team Manager plays a pivotal role in the Social/NGO/Health & Care industry by overseeing and managing a dedicated team focused on the care and support of children who are looked after. - Lead and manage the Children Looked After (CLA) team to deliver high-quality care and support services.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of children.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care strategies and interventions.

Requirements
